Aaron
Aaron joined our team in early 2024 as an apprentice and quickly embraced a carpentry-focused career, leveraging his background in the electrical service industry. His positive attitude and eagerness to learn have proven invaluable to the team.

Chris
Chris became part of our team in 2023 as an apprentice, bringing experience from a vocational trade school and hands-on work with family members in the building trades. His strong desire to learn and tackle challenges has enabled him to expand his role and take on increasing responsibilities on-site, fueling his continued growth.
Chris appreciates the company’s commitment to mentorship and development, saying, “I’ve always felt comfortable asking a question or asking to try something new. I feel that every day I get better and that I’m moving forward; I haven’t experienced that anywhere else.
Jared
Jared has been with SB Builders Group since the company’s founding. As the project lead, he oversees project success and ensures our clients receive the highest level of service. Jared’s skills have grown alongside the company, showcasing his versatility in managing project outcomes, client satisfaction, and overall operations—all with a steady approach and a smile.
