SB Builders Group designed this outdoor space in Newark, DE, to maximize the deck’s size while maintaining functionality. The result is a multi-use space with a hardscape patio and dry space underneath the deck.
We strategically positioned the deck’s posts and beams using advanced design software to optimize the usable area below. This approach allowed for an expansive upper deck without compromising the lower-level patio, creating a seamless transition between two entertainment spaces.
The deck is constructed with TimberTech Azek PVC decking in English Walnut, complemented by Westbury Aluminum railings in Textured Black for a stylish, low-maintenance appearance. Below the deck, a Unilock Beacon Hill paver patio in Almond Grove adds a durable and attractive hardscape.
This project transformed the backyard into a fully functional, multi-tiered retreat perfect for relaxing and entertaining at any level.
